Over the next three to four weeks they've had to come in my apartment repeatedly to Band-Aid over a problem that they still haven't fixed. It's now summer in 100° weather and I haven't had air conditioning for weeks because they've been waiting on a part to be shipped. One of the items was “paint”. On May 27 of 2020 I started having AC problems. They charged me for a cracked window that was there when I moved in, I documented it and took a pic & they charged me at the end of my lease. The apartment was barely painted and only in certain spots. It began beeping once every minute I'd say. The maintenance staff has been quick and efficient every time we needed something fixed, and Alena has been nothing but helpful and cheery since we moved in! Considering I had my children and a moving truck out front there was not much I could do other than fork over the money in order to get my keys. We are happy we did! This apartment community was built in 1989 and has 3 stories with 460 units.

All in all this place wouldn't be so bad if the rent was cheaper because these are not luxurious apartments, rent just keeps going up to. Not enough parking to support tenant occupancy, EVER BIG MISTAKE! Noise, I can hear the neighbors flush the toilet. Breathe Easy - you’re home now. Trash everywhere. They start asking for reviews 1 month after move in & send you a reminder every month, so any positive reviews are from tenants who have yet to have a have a problem or need from management.
The Arbors at California Oaks there is another cabinet that is about 4 inches wide that expands out to the wall, good luck getting to anything that goes beyond the 4 inch door because there is no back to the cabinet and your things will fall behind the counter into the abyss. Unit was NOT READY and the staff members only want to move people in as fast as possible.

My dryer still to this day does not work my apartment smells of marijuana and cigarettes and they tell me there is nothing they can do! I was told the deposit would be refundable if I don't decide to sign a lease. Please don't tell me they will take that away too hahah. DO NOT leave your keys in the drop box on move out. I have also heard nothing but horrible experiences from the neighbors past and present that live here. I am now trying to get out of my lease and was given the corporate number to speak to Carolina and discuss my issues with her. STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE- Uneven floors where you can feel tiles shifting that are underneath the carpet between the kitchen & living room- HUGE CONCERN since there is people below us!
