Skyrim's combat is weak IMO - Witcher 2 or 3 utterly crush it. I'll start off by saying that I never saw Witcher 3 as the masterpiece most people say it is. However I can’t say if it sucks as an action adventure game yet because I haven’t played it yet.In Divinity Original Sin II you can play as 6 predefined characters each with their own stories and quests going on. I really like everything about the game story wise. All rights reserved. At least that's what people say, and I respect that...but for me, it just felt boring.I played almost the entire story and later the dlcs on PS4, but in comparison to similar games, like God of War (2018) or Horizon Zero Dawn, there's TOO much story and not enough gameplay...especially in fights. When I played Fable 2 and 3 I almost exclusively used fire arms.
I finished it once in 2016 and it didn't wow me but I felt it was a good game.
In that limited time you don't have the chance to genuinely learn the what the game has to offer. Skyrim is the epitome of boring with its copy paste dungeons and droney, uninspiring voice actors sending you on fetch quests; you're pretty much forced to use fast travel to save you from boring to death.One reason and one reason only, Skyrim let me be a stealth/bow user which I adore in video games. You do pretty much the same thing over and over again. The pacing is poor; I basically much preferred Witcher 2, which always kept things moving and was tightly designed so the player experience was always varied and interesting. I’d like to add another unpopular opinion on top of this about the Witcher 3:The Bloody Baron is one of the worst questlines in the game.The body Barron had the worst impact on me that a peace of media can have. people do not really do anything, just stand around the villages. I also have a completionist/collect everything mentality, so this game gave me plenty to do.EDIT: I actually plan on playing the expansions sometime in the next month or so. NPCs were incredibly active, doing a variety of tasks (mingling, working, etc.
For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Anyone else find all these Novigrad quests *incredibly* boring? I own 3, and I find it adequate at best. I know I'm going to get destroyed for this like a derailed Amtrak but I need to say it anyway. To me the best role playing games are morrowind and daggerfall (and even Skyrim ) and dark souls 1.
They're not Dark Souls/Nioh level, but good enough.Witcher 3 is incredibly boring and most overrated game of this gen. Its same ubisoft style open world crap with bad combat and controls. They're not even close to being similar in any way. However, I have burned out on Witcher 3 shortly after getting to Skellige. Mediocre controls. I just mentioned what happens if you do.I bought the Complete edition, I loved Skyrim and Fable 1 and 2 but this game is soooo fking boring, the combat is ass, Geralt sounds like he had a lobotomy and the world is uninteresting. They were super dull places.

Worse than a joke, they're frequently nothing more than bought-off hype machines acting on behalf of the publisher/dev. you should play more and learn more,and fyi the dlc itself is different than the other games, this game is amazing i guess You could make an argument that this might be on board with Dragon Age Inquisition and while it's not an ultimately terrible game, The Witcher 3 is FAR from "the best rpg ever made" like many review sites claim. Im glad you wasted your money. Also, you travel alone most of the time, which is always dull. landmarks in blood and wine when I run into a gang of bandits.
