Today, met up with a friend and decided to check out this Ramen place. The place was almost filled with people.

As a bonus, the bathrooms were very clean  and looked fairly new. We will definitely come back very often. We came on Dec 31 with very low expectation because the score we read. The dish was nothing spectacular to my taste bud, then again, what do I know. The broth was good, which deserves two stars. The selection is okay but not great.

The noodles were cooked right but the broth could have used more seasoning. The shop was empty when we walked in at 2:30pm. Definitely will come back again. For ramen, you're not going to get anything better in town. Didn't have to wait long to be seated.

Large servings and fresh ingredients for a fair price. My go to ramens are the Jigoku Spicy Ramen and the Black Garlic Ramen. We are confident you will enjoy our delicious ramen. Noodles were thick for all the soups that we got. Ramen was good.

Not like we can eat the food and throw the plate under the table...It's quite obvious..he had to "check" with the kitchen to make sure it didn't come to our table and after he checked. The service was ok, not bad or good. On weekends, they recommend at least a day in advance or you might get turned down! This place is located in the same place as Loblaws and imagine cinemas, right between the fish and chips place and subway.I was disappointed when I drove out of my way to come here for subpar ramen. Since then, I'm happy to report that they've improved a number of those issues and I've been back several times for lunch. They let some other big party go first because they had made a reservation 30 minutes ago but when we told them we tried to make one yesterday they just apologized and made us wait.In contrast to what the previous have said, I actually enjoyed my experience here and the ramen bowl I had was pretty good. the interior is refreshing as it's totally different from any place in noho. We didn't wait too long for…"Use code SUMMERFIVE- $5 Off $20+ For Pick-Up & Delivery thru 9/6Absolutely delicious . just absolutely scrumptious. It is a good dish during the cold winter night. Yokohama Ramen will give you an extraordinary experience that you will stay in your heart. My first ramen stop in Richmond Hill since I moved here and I am a fan! I ordered the bun with pork and ramen with chicken. I never knew this place existed until I was craving for some ramen and had to yelp out a place. First thing that caught my eye was the free salad bar that included cold shrimps and marinated mussels. Garlic bits were overbearing and other ingredients looked like throw-ins. I also love their Karaage with Yuzu Sauce!! I think it is just too big, especially if there is a small crowd. Speaking of small, the portions of the ramen was also a bit on the light side.To be honest, it is actually not that bad. Make you call ahead to place an order! They told her she could just come in the day of but when we did, we ended up waiting over half an hour. Could have been a little less sweet and more spicy, but was fine for $8. "This place is hands down the best ayce bbq I've had! It is my sincere hope that Yokohama Ramen is just working out the kinks of newness and that this will someday become a five-star review.

York region is really lacking in decent Japanese food. In fact, I found out when paying that if you arrive before 5:30, you get a 10% discount off your bill, so if you're not too indignant on eating later…""Not going to lie - this place is pretty legit. Then I hear Chinese voices and Hong Kong pop...Delicious ramen close to home! The food was great along with the atmosphere. We were there around 5 pm and they were not busy.We came on Dec 31 with very low expectation because the score we read. I did go out of my way to drive here and it was simply disappointing. A little bit spicy for my daughter, but not for me. About the Business Soup is the soul of the ramen, Yokohama Ramen selects natural ingredients, respect for the nature of each ingredient, strictly abiding by the traditional Japanese brew method. The best noodles, bamboo shoots and black mushrooms are chosen by our experts, we always strive to present the best Ramen to our valued guests.

The spoon is black plastic too .. their hot tea is also served in a plastic cup .. a no-no in my book .. ( terrible )Finally created a yelp account to counter reviewers giving too high a score on Yelp and Google. I go there at lunch time today and the place is empty... not a good sign..Ramen was good and we also tried the fried chicken, tasty. To me, the broth is what makes the ramen. Could have been a little less sweet and more spicy, but was fine for $8. "Upon arrival I think the front end staff was a bit excessive, kind of like a hangout more than anything, but everyone was cool. It was rather bland. I really hope that the chef can up his/her game and improve the food as I hate to see this place close. When I first visited Yokohama Ramen it was shortly after they opened and they had a few kinks to work out with regard to portion size and consistency. This place gets too much hate by folks who really love to complain.ramen broth was too watery of a base more than a creamy base of broth but for a urban place like northampton it was fairly okay. The broth needs a little more flavor.

We will definitely come back very often. This place is a gem. Service wasn't super fast though.i had the "Yokohama Ramen" .. they serve it in a black plastic bowl .. seriously .. what does it take to serve a $ 13.-  soup in a porcelain bowl ? They advertise themselves as having some the spiciest ramen out there. The noodles were cooked right but the broth could have used more seasoning. The price is typical. When we asked for the bill and advised the side never came, the server truly made me feel offended...it's like he didn't believe us that it never came. We have tried 5 of their ramens before this review and I want more people to go here to experience it as well :) amazing takoyaki too.Completely forgot my order made me wait 30 minutes, asked about my order and still nothing came, girl eventually came back and asked me to pay my bill .. lol "Came here the other day with some friends for dinner. Most misleading is the cost and extra $2 for an egg in your ramen. I ordered the Kaisen ramen, which was advertised to have shrimp, squid, fishcake, and card meat.
