Came across NYA Joe’s, it was happy hour, 5–7 p.m. weekdays. The architecture is very contemporary, and the interior is open by warm and inviting. When I complained to the manager that we needed more than one waitress, he said there were two or three waitresses helping us, which simply was not the case. One other thing: the restaurant's acoustics are lousy and it is nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with someone across the table from you; this could and should be remedied.
