I finally talked to one of their staff who said this was a recurring issue in room 440 because of a prior long term guest who had smoked against the rules and I should ask for some compensation. I’m not sure what the person across the hall was doing all night that required him to go in/out so many times, but very annoying. I know this because I had the same room on occasions just to see, even left food in the fridge that was still there when I came back, I learned to bring my disinfecting wipes. I was very pleased with the choice we made to stay at this hotel.

People were wearing masks for the most part in the lobby, but almost nobody wore a mask in the hallways or elevators. Complimentary wireless Internet access in all guestrooms and lobby. There are more things but I will stop. There were a few times where we got trapped in our room because a large choir group in town were congregating outside our door (waiting for the elevator) and not one in a mask. The woman at the front desk checked is in, gave a key. Again they LIED. Guests can work out in a gym during their stay. We arrived and my handicapped uncle was given a 3rd floor room for himself and his wife, when we specifically asked for a first floor room.
