During my stay ( 7/23/20) heart of covid they make the resort feel safe but not overly oppressive. The Four Seasons Resort is FAR superior to the St. Regis with regards to their service. They even have self-service laundry facilities, which was a welcome surprise since we were traveling with 2 children. I’d be remiss in not personally thanking the Assistant Front Office Manager, Nicolas Derrien-Churchill, who greeted us, provided us with a spectacular upgraded bungalow option, and brought tears to my eyes in waving goodbye until we were out of sight as we departed by boat. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. He came out to personally great us upon arrival and went above and beyond to try ensure we got the best room possible. We will definitely be back and don’t even feel the need to try another resort. We prefer to be on the end even though we did see quite a few sharks and the water was deeper, the views on the ends are just unlike anything we’ve ever seen. We also decided to have a small intimate Polynesian wedding ceremony and hired Marc Bora Bora Photography to do a photo shoot during and after and WOW him and his wife Billie are so cool; would highly recommend them even if you are not getting married they do all sorts of couples / family photo shoots and they know the best spots of the resort to get good shots. The Four Seasons Resort is located on Point Matira in Bora Bora, which was voted ‘the best island in the world’ by U.S. News in 2012. The property is spectacular, the view unbeatable, and the bungalows have been renovated to perfection. We recommend calling ahead to confirm details. Food is the best in Bora Bora, it’s pricey but realistically what do you expect. We only ate on the resort, not worth leaving unless you are going on a tour... we did the jet skiing tour which was incredible we booked through the concierge, the reef and shark tour again AMAZING and so cool swimming with the sharks, and we even booked another snorkeling tour because it was so much fun!
